Paul Goodrick

Paul Goodrick is a Master’s candidate in the Communication and Culture graduate program, jointly offered through Ryerson and York Universities. His studies focus on Canadian telecommunications policy and the 700MHz spectrum auction. In addition to his work with the Canadian Spectrum Policy Research group, he has worked with the Privacy and Cybercrime Institute on a comparative cybercrime legislation report for Public Safety Canada. He also contributed to a book project with the Infoscape Lab.

Paul received a Bachelor’s of Arts, Political Science (Honours) from Simon Fraser University in 2007. Before returning to academia, Paul conducted self-directed studies into telecommunications. He still writes on the topic and his graduate studies on his personal website.
